MIA app for iPhone and iPad

One of the best parts of a night out with friends is reliving it together the next day. You laugh about how you ended up challenging each other to shots or how you found yourselves in a dodgy club. But how annoying is it when you just can’t remember where you on earth you went? MIA can help. It will use GPS to track where you go so the next day you can relive your night out by viewing a record of where you went and at what time. You can even view the pictures you took in each place so you’ll also have a helping hand with remembering what you got up to in each place. MIA’s features don’t stop there. It can also help you remember what drinks you had and where if you use the drinks logger – perfect for pub golf! And what about when you lose your friends amidst the drunken madness? If they’re also logged into the app you’ll even be able to track their location, helping you all regroup hassle free. What’s more, MIA is connected to Facebook so you can easily broadcast what you’re getting up to, allowing friends to find you and be part of your night out posse. So MIA no longer means missing in action; with MIA, neither you nor your friends will ever be Missing In Alcohol.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

It is possible that you may notice a decrease in battery life whilst using MIA to track your night out. Although we have taken steps to reduce this while still maintaining a great user experience, it is advised that your phone is fully charged before commencing your night out Tracker.
Users must also be advised that security settings are available within the app allowing changes to be made to the permissions that the app has to share details on social networking sites. This is to be used at the user’s discretion and at their own risk.
